Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ZODIAQUE STUDIOS packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
